Meet Sue

Since 1991, award-winning real estate professional Susan “Sue” Mitchell has built her reputation on going the distance and guiding her clients to make choices that build wealth and level up their quality of life. Routinely named among her former Newport Beach brokerage’s top 10 agents, Sue approaches every transaction with integrity, transparency, strong follow-through, and a work ethic that’s difficult to match. Over the years, Sue has expertly represented clients ranging from buyers and sellers in the starter-home market to investors and those seeking upper-tier properties.

 

First, Sue listens deeply to a client's needs and goals. Then, she develops a well-thought-out strategy to reach these goals, continuously deploying cutting-edge marketing technology and innovative advertising campaigns. Her vast local network and strong negotiation skills, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of North Tustin, Tustin, Irvine, Orange, and Orange County beach communities — including Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and Laguna Beach — provide Sue with the needed edge to create a seamless process that helps her clients achieve or surpass their real estate objectives.

 

Sue’s passion for real estate began as a young child. She loved going to open houses and studying the New York Times real estate section. A former certified public accountant, she expanded her passion for and knowledge of real estate while working as a finance manager and corporate controller for a large commercial and residential builder in Southern California.

 

Outside of the office, Sue enjoys traveling, Bikram yoga, hitting up local coffee shops, gardening, and spending time with her three adult children and sweet cocker spaniel, Sparky. She supports numerous local organizations, including Tustin schools and charities such as Operation Warm Wishes, Mary’s Path, and Casa Teresa.
