Meet Wendy

Hardworking, passionate and smart, coupled with a wicked sense of humor is how those who know her best describe Wendy. Wendy brings an incredible sense of determination to everything she touches.

Wendy is a third generation Tustin local who values her family and friendships. After growing up in North Tustin, she moved back with her husband to raise their two children in the community. She is well-versed in the local schools, preschools, parks, and restaurant scene. Her Southern California roots run deep as a Foothill High School graduate and a UCLA alumna (Go Bruins!).

Wendy’s extensive real estate background began at a public homebuilder selling new homes. She then managed agents as part of a new home sales team that launched over a dozen projects throughout southern California, where she represented numerous builders and facilitated hundreds of new home sales. She became intimately knowledgeable on buyer wants and needs and the intricacies of transactions. Wendy has also worked in the appraisal field, applying her market knowledge and analytical skills to complex new housing tract appraisals. With this strong background in real estate, she is bringing her highly sought after skillset to the residential world here at Sur West Homes.

Wendy spends her free time chasing her two little ones with her husband Andrew, a residential land broker, and their loyal (yet stubborn) French bulldog, George. Together they enjoy traveling, baking, going to the beach, and hitting up local spots in Old Town Tustin and the Orange Circle. On Saturday mornings you can usually find them at Hola Adios Coffee Shop in Old Town, or Bluestone Lane at the Circle! Wendy is active in local philanthropy and is a supporter of Mary’s Path, Orangewood, and HomeAid Orange County.
